I've been in the customer service industry since I've began working. I do hair now in a service capacity, but I've had experience with people who just don't appreciate the concept of considerate customer service. Genuine and helpful service should be a back and forth relationship. Consideration and Appreciation from and on the part of both sides...
"So how long have you been here now?"
It's been 3 years in October 2010 since I'd started at that coffee shop.
Three people, 3 waters. Three individual orders, and 3 correct food orders delivered to the table. Service was fast and accurate. I don't care how much the bill is, $1.00 is not an acceptable minimum.

- I am a hair stylist in Hillcrest,San Diego. I went to Vidal Sassoon Academy when I was 18, completed my cosmetology hours, took and passed my cosmetology state board test and became licensed in 1997. When I was 25 I took a personal haitus from working in a salon and went to traditional college. I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with BA degree in English. I am a lyrical artist and a writer by nature. I have a love of words and conversation. I would like reading to be interesting, informative and entertaining. My style of writing attempts to fulfill all three of my own criteria. I am using my blog as a type of portfolio for my writing style and to show some of the hair I've done. I have been published in "The Coto De Caza Newspaper", March '09, and it was a great feeling. I have also been spotlighted in the GLT and in Gay San Diego/ Uptown News. I am looking forward to contributing many more of my writings, and building my hair clientelle in San Diego. My style can vary for writing and for doing hair.
